From the private terrace, gaze down into the lovely courtyard to the natural rock fountain and swimming pool. The palapa covered patio has a table and chairs, there are lounge chairs for sunning and around the corner is the gas BBQ grill and sink.  Scuba divers will appreciate an additional covered area which houses a large rinse tank and drying station.

El Caballito Azul is the second floor of the luxurious new two-story Villas Caballitos in Cozumel's newest and nicest residential area, Corpus Cristi. The living room and middle bedroom share a terrace, and there's a small private balcony off the other 2 bedrooms. All 3 king sized beds have additional cushioning for comfort and one king bed can be changed to 2 twin beds.

Beautiful Mexican rustic furniture was custom made for El Caballito Azul and 
upholstered with imported fabrics.

BEDDING
3 king sized beds with special cushioning for extra comfort, 1 twin size day bed with twin size trundle.  For further flexibility in bedding options, there's also a twin sized cot and a twin sized air mattress.  These options can be provided if requested in advance. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

LOCATION
A quiet, convenient location in the Corpus Cristi neighborhood.  On the 4th street from the ocean, 3 streets from a major grocery/liquor store and movie theaters, 10 blocks from the main square downtown.  Check the exact location on the Cozumel map.

NOTE
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking outside only please.  No children under 6 years old.  Available for families (children over 6 are welcome) or groups of adults over 25 years of age.  For smaller groups the 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs, El Caballito Rojo, can be rented and for larger groups the entire 5 bedrooms and  5 baths at Villa Caballitos are available to families with children of any age or groups of adults over 25 years of age.
