The owners of Villa Caballitos commissioned a very well known and respected architect/builder to design
and build their Cozumel dream home. Together, they created a truly
spectacular vacation home which maximizes guest's comfort, convenience and privacy.

very convenient to the ocean, a major grocery/liquor store, restaurants,
an ATM
machine, just 6 blocks from the new Punta Langosta Plaza and within walking distance of the main square.
There is a large, natural
rock fountain and waterfall that pours into a free-form swimming pool completely lined
with ceramic tile. The privacy fenced courtyard area has lounge
chairs for sunning, a palapa covered patio, gas BBQ grill and food
preparation area with a sink, and divers will enjoy an additional covered
area which houses a large rinse tank and drying station.

rustic furniture the tropical decor includes decorator window
treatments, original art work, local crafts plus talavera and
terra cotta pottery.

BEDDING: 5 king beds.
1 king bed on the second floor can be converted to 2 twin beds on request. With a
twin air mattress, sleeps a maximum
of 11 guests
LOCATION: A quiet but very convenient location in the
Corpus Cristi neighborhood. On the 4th street from the ocean, 3 streets
from a major grocery/liquor store and movie theaters, 10 blocks from the main
square downtown. Check the exact location on the Cozumel
map.
NOTE: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking only
outside please. For smaller groups, can be rented as either a 2 bedroom
2 bath called El Caballito Rojo or a 3 bedroom 3
bath called El Caballito Azul.
