Casa Chac Pool is ideally located on a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, yet an easy walk (7 blocks) to the main square or 4 blocks to a lovely public beach area. 

The neighborhood is nice, with lots of large trees and lush foliage.  There are a few retired Americans in the neighborhood, but many homes are owned by Mexican families who have retired and moved 
to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Cozumel.

This is an ideal get-away home for vacationing with friends or family. Chac pool is actually comprised of two separate homes on the same property.  Having two independent homes offers more privacy for large groups, yet everyone can gather in the evening for dinner at the dining table in the main house.  If you prefer going out to eat it's a short walk to the main square of town with a wide selection of excellent restaurants. 

 The large and luxurious garden is a wonderful spot to rest, read and enjoy the tropical plants and birds.  With a fresh water, ceramic tiled swimming pool and cascading waterfall, you may find you prefer spending most of your time at Casa Chac Pool, but should you wish to take a dip in the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean, it is an easy walk to a large public beach area north of the main square, Playa Caletitas.  If you travel a little farther north you'll find Playa Azul Beach Club with a nice, small beach and a restaurant.
