Coronado Estates is comprised of two stunningly beautiful luxury villas, Villa Coronado and Villa Torres, located just 5 miles south of the town of San Miguel on Cozumel Island. The estate sits across a quiet road from a lovely and peaceful sandy beach. As one of the best snorkel and shore dive spots on the island, you'll be amazed at the abundance of marine life just steps from your private vacation estate. There's also easy dive boat pickup within a few hundred yards at the Fiesta American Hotel dive pier. Imagine being less than a 5 minute boat ride from the world famous Santa Rosa Wall! 

These exquisite villas were meticulously designed for comfort and convenience. Even the rooftop terraces are complete with palapas for shade and lounge chairs. Each of the two villas have 4 bedrooms with 4 private baths plus each have an additional half bath off the downstairs living area. One villa also has a separate guest apartment or "casita" which provides a 5th bedroom. With 9 bedrooms, 9 full baths and 2 half baths and nearly 10,000 square feet of space, up to 26 guests will be more than just comfortable. The amenities are excellent and the furnishings, superb!

Villa Coronado Bedding
2 kings, 2 queens and 1 double size sofa bed in the upstairs living area. Maximum of 10 guests.

Villa Torres Bedding
2 kings & 4 doubles in the villa. 2 twins & a double futon sofa in the casita. Twins in the casita can be converted to a king if requested in advance. Maximum of 16 guests.

NOTE
Available for families (children are welcome) or groups of adults over 25 years of age.  For smaller groups, each of the villas can be rented separately. Villa Coronado is designed for up to 10 guests and  Villa Torres, can accommodate up to 16.
