The ocean views from this villa are stunning. 

A private, deluxe villa that is only a few minutes by boat to some of Cozumel's most spectacular and world-renowned reefs. Casa Las Flores is about 8.5 miles from the main square downtown making it only about 15 minutes away by car.  Here at your ocean side retreat you can relax in privacy (there is currently only one neighboring home) and you'll find this spacious and tasteful luxury villa a joy.

The entire villa is elegantly furnished with marble floors, imported wood and rattan furniture, and custom made mahogany cabinets and tables.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and there is also a guest apartment with an additional bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. 

 

This home features:

  • Oceanfront and ocean view
  • 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. Sleeps up to 13
  • 3 bedrooms and 4 baths are in the main villa while the guest apartment has a bedroom, living/dining area, bathroom and kitchen.
  • Central air conditioning in the villa, window units in the separate apartment
  • Fresh water tiled swimming pool
  • Poolside table and chairs
  • Poolside BBQ grill
  • Snorkel or dive right in front of the villa
  • Rinse tank and drying area for dive/snorkel equipment & an outdoor shower
  • Lush tropical landscaping
  • Pressurized water system treated with chlorine & water softener (not "purified")
  • TV, satellite, VCR/DVD
  • A safe for valuables
  • CD/cassette player
  • Reading and video library
  • All 3 bedrooms in the villa have terraces overlooking the pool and ocean
  • Telephone for local calls
  • Fully equipped kitchen including store, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware and dishes 
  • Washer and dryer (guests may use in the evenings)
  • Purified water for drinking and cooking
  • Linens, towels and beach towels
  • Cooler to take to the beach
  • Daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays)

BEDDING
2 kings, 2 queens and 2 inflatable air mattresses in the villa to sleep 10-11 people plus another queen sized bed in the guest apartment to sleep 2 more people. Maximum occupancy 13 people. 

LOCATION
Oceanfront in a prized location 8.5 miles south of town.  Check the exact location on our Cozumel map.

NOTE
 Available for families (children are welcome) or groups of adults over 25 years of age. 
Bring dive booties or an old pair of sneakers or sandals for walking down to the water. 
Once in the water the bottom is sandy but the steps down to the ocean are rocky.

The master bedroom downstairs has an ocean view and both upstairs bedrooms have private 
screened-in and covered terraces 
with ocean views

The guest apartment is beautifully decorated and has a separate bedroom, a living/dining area and a kitchen that includes a 
microwave and stove top as well as a refrigerator, dishes and cookware.
