We perform regular security and maintenance inspections as well as impeccable cleaning service on all vacation homes. Property Inspections and Maintenance Regular property inspections insure your home is secure and well-maintained. We perform continuous security and maintenance inspections and our maintenance workers are among the best on the island. We use only reliable and honest workers who charge reasonable fees and take pride in their work by sharing our commitment to excellence. Monthly Statements Detailed monthly statements are provided as well as original receipts for all expense items. We charge a competitive monthly fee for our services and expense items on your home are never "padded". Our Marketing Efforts If you wish, we will meet with you to consider adding your Cozumel vacation home to those that we manage and represent, offering you the opportunity to receive income on your investment. Last year there were over 600,000 hits (average 50,000 per month) on our web sites, and the homes we manage are also featured on Cozumel web sites that receives over 3,000,000 hits a year. With our additional marketing this year we are increasing our reach in order to show our listed vacation homes to even more potential renters. Our successful marketing includes our web sites, advertising on other travel related web sites, production and distribution of color photo sheets and detailed descriptions of each property, direct mail and our work with travel agencies, rental agents and dive shops. This marketing offers owners of the vacation homes we manage excellent exposure for their property.
