In the beautiful courtyard
you'll enjoy the relaxing sound of water cascading over the natural rock
fountain into the pool. There are lounge chairs for sunning plus a palapa
covered patio with a table and chairs. Nearby is the outdoor gas
grill and food preparation area complete with a sink. A privacy
fence surrounds the entire property, and scuba divers will appreciate an
additional covered area which houses a large rinse tank and drying
station.
El Caballito Rojo is the
first floor of the luxurious new two-story Villas Caballitos located in
Cozumel's newest and nicest residential area, Corpus Cristi. The living
room and both bedrooms overlook the pool and courtyard.
Beautiful Mexican
rustic furniture was custom made and upholstered with carefully
selected, imported fabrics.
Both king sized beds have additional cushioning for
comfort and the water system is pressurized. There's even a small safe with
a programmable digital lock that guests are welcome to use.

BEDDING:
2 king sized beds with special cushioning. Comfortably sleeps 4
LOCATION: A quiet but very convenient location in the
Corpus Cristi neighborhood. On the 4th street from the ocean, 3 streets
from a major grocery store and movie theaters, 10 blocks from the main
square downtown. Check the exact location on the Cozumel
map.
NOTE: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking outside only please.
No children under 6 years old. For larger groups the 3 bedroom 3
bath upstairs, El Caballito Azul, can be rented
or the entire 5 bedrooms and 5 baths at Villa
Caballitos are available. There are no restrictions on children's
ages when renting the entire property.
