Villa Sueños de Mar is a beautiful and brand new luxury beach area villa which was meticulously designed for maximum comfort & convenience. From the lovely contemporary architecture and the spacious elegant living areas to the imported furnishings and the unbelievable ocean views, this 4600+ square foot villa is an exceptional delight!

The ocean and sunset views from the spacious pool side terrace and the large rooftop terrace are beyond words ! The roof top terrace includes a palapa covered bar, and an unheated jacuzzi (whirlpool) large enough for 8 people. It's the perfect place for relaxing any time of the day whether for morning coffee to evening meals, serving margaritas at sunset, or for star gazing.

Every piece of furniture was designed by the architect especially for this villa and was custom built in Merida, Yucatan. The large kitchen and serving area is a cook's dream ! Spacious granite counters imported from Brazil, top of the line stainless appliances, and cabinets imported from the US will please the most discriminating cook, and the large dining table comfortably seats 10.

Other amenities you'll enjoy at Villa Sueños de Mar include a fresh water infinity pool overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, free wireless internet access and, if requested in advance, free long distance to the US.

All 5 bedrooms have their own private entrance, are very spacious and have private tiled baths. 4 of the bedrooms have ocean views. The 5th bedroom does not have an ocean view but is just steps from the beach at the ground level. All bedrooms except the master bedroom are accessed from outdoor balconies or the ground level garden.

You may never want to leave the luxury of this exquisite villa but if you do, the ocean is just about 40 yards away for shore diving or snorkeling. There are 2 restaurants/bars within walking distance and a very convenient one only a couple of doors away. For a trip to town it's only 10-12 minutes by car or taxi.

BEDDING
3 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins to sleep 10 guests. 2 inflatable air mattresses available if requested in advance for up to 2 additional guests. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

LOCATION
Ocean side, 40 feet across the road from the ocean about 5 miles south of town between Fiesta Americana hotel and Chankanaab National Park. Check the exact location on our Cozumel map.
